Description:

Technical Features:

1. It can test more than 100 types of domestic and foreign auto automatic transmission and CVT.

2. It is adopted double-beam structure to make test rotation more stable.

3. Powerful automatic transmission  test and vehicle monitoring system can control main motor speed (transmission input rotation speed), oil-pressure regulation and shifting oil-pressure solenoid valve at shift moment (to solve impact and skidding problems), and take sequencing automatic control during shift process.

4. Take program test for N-D and N-R impact problems.

5. It can collect test data automatically. Test results and oil-pressure change diagram of curves in all gears, rotation speed change diagram, and gear shift diagram of curves of N-D, N-R and D can be generated and output to color printer. Meanwhile, the test results can be saved in computer for inquiry at any time.

6. It can take test for electronic elements in automatic transmission, such as Hall, electromagnetic speed sensor, flow pressure sensor and other elements testing.

7. It can achieve vehicle loading data collection and discover gear shift rules and pulse change rules of each solenoid valve to solve impact and skidding problems completely, especial for the  impact and skidding problems of 5HP19, 09G, 55-50 and other new types of transmissions.

8. Control system can output 9 paths of 0-2000Hz control frequency simultaneously. It can take 0-100% duty cycle control for each path to satisfy all kinds of solenoid valve control.

9. It can take modes switching of automatic test mode and manual test mode conveniently.

10. It is adopted 22KW converter motor and eddy current loading. It can simulate working conditions for all kinds of autos to achieve accurate control.

11. It is equipped with testing connecting plate with positioning pin hole, which is the most stable connecting method presently.

12. Transmission installation grillage can be rotated in 360 degree for convenient debugging operation.

13. Two sets of test data display: Secondary instrument simulation is coexisted with traditional oil pressure gauge and tachometer.
